At Samsung Parts, we want to ensure you receive the exact component needed for your repair; if you are not satisfied, you may return your genuine parts within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific Samsung part you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package the Component

    Securely place the part in its original anti-static bag and protective packaging to prevent physical or electrical damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the part's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
